1-35kV 1.5-800mm2 Sectional Area Electric Power Cable
It is used to transmit and distribute power in power transmission and distribution system of 35kV or lower. It is generally applied to the fields including power, construction,mines, metallurgy petrochemical industry and communication in complete replace of oil immersed paper insulated power cable and in partial replace of PVC insulated power cable
1.Constructions&Drawings
1.Conductor: Solid or stranded Aluminum/copper
2.Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene/XLPE (or PVC)
3.Circuit Identication: The insulation shall be red, black.
4.Filler:Polypropylene lament with lapped binding tape.
5.Inner Sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (black)
6.Armor: Galvanized steel wire/steel tape/Unarmored/Aluminum wire
7.Core-covering: Binding tape
8.Outer Sheath: Polyvinyl chloride(black)
9.Application: For use in ducts, trays and direct burial in ground.

3. Service Characteristic
a.the long-time working temperature of cable should not be higher than 90°C.
b.When core is in short-circuit (max 5s) the temperature should not exceed 250°C.
c.While installation the ambient temperature should not be lower than 0°C.
d.The bending radius should not be less than:(D is outer diameter cable)
(1) single-core cables:unarmored 20D;armored 15D.
(2) much-core cables:unarmored 15D;armored 12D.
